Join us for our regular monthly MakeYoga Sound - Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath session every last Friday of each Month.
Held on the last Friday of every month, this session is designed to help you unwind after a long week and step into your weekend feeling grounded, restored, and recharged.
Let go of tension and enter a state of deep rest as you’re guided through a Yoga Nidra meditation—also known as yogic sleep. This effortless practice promotes profound relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, and supports better sleep and emotional balance.
As you settle into stillness, you’ll be immersed in a sound bath of crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments.
The therapeutic frequencies work at a cellular level to calm the nervous system, release energetic blockages, and promote clarity and inner peace.

Ready to defy gravity and unlock the power of arm balances!?
​
This fun and challenging workshop is designed to help you approach arm balances with greater mindfulness,
technique and ease - whether you are brand new to these poses or looking to deepen your practice.
​
Arm balances aren't about luck - they are about strategy!
​
MOST classes teach shapes, NOT systems! That's why progress often feels slow.
​
If you are guessing, fighting fear or making the same mistakes on repeat..... It's NOT your fault. It only means
that your brain and body hasn't yet learned to work together.
​
Many students approach arm balances relying on force but the real secret lies in understanding alignment, l
everage and body mechanics.
​
In this workshop we will break down key poses- such as CROW, SIDE CROW and FALLEN ANGEL -
in a supportive and small group setting.
You will learn how to move from foundational variations to a more advanced expressions of each posture,
with practical tips you can later take into your regular practice.

We will explore:

How to create a stable and safe base using your shoulders and core

key allignment cues that help your balance rather than muscle through

Common challenges like fear of falling or collapsing shoulders - and how to overcome them

The smart use of props to build strength, mobility and confidence

Use the method of Visual Vestibular drills to improve the balance

This workshop is perfect for practitioners who are just beginning to explore arm balances or
for those who feel stuck and want to progress.
