Join us for our regular monthly MakeYoga Sound - Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath session every last Friday of each Month.

 

Held on the last Friday of every month, this session is designed to help you unwind after a long week and step into your weekend feeling grounded, restored, and recharged.

Let go of tension and enter a state of deep rest as you’re guided through a Yoga Nidra meditation—also known as yogic sleep. This effortless practice promotes profound relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, and supports better sleep and emotional balance.

As you settle into stillness, you’ll be immersed in a sound bath of crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments.

The therapeutic frequencies work at a cellular level to calm the nervous system, release energetic blockages, and promote clarity and inner peace.

Join our Winter Yoga Lab Series, a 90-minute yoga class designed to take you beyond a standard yoga sequence.
Yoga Lab is more than just a class — it’s a movement laboratory for those who want to go deeper, further,

and wiser in their yoga practice.

These sessions are created for practitioners who not only want to deepen their practice, but also to better understand those tricky or “advanced” (as they’re sometimes called 😉) poses — all within the safety and support

of a small group. They’re also for anyone curious about yoga who wants to move beyond asana, exploring how strength, mobility, flexibility, breath, and awareness come together.

 

What is the Peak Pose Lab format?

Every two months, we meet for a 90-minute class that guides you through a complete process — from carefully planned preparation and technical drills, through fluid movement and flow, and finally toward a culmination in the peak pose.

Examples of peak poses include:
Peacock Pose, Headstand, Splits, Eight-Angle Pose, and more.
No boredom guaranteed 😄 — but plenty of deep satisfaction, absolutely.

 

Each 90-minute class is a thoughtful combination of:

  • strength-building

  • mobility and joint preparation

  • flexibility and intelligent stretching

 

All designed to help you truly understand what is needed to approach the focus asana of each Yoga Lab session.

Get ready to celebrate the end of winter with a restorative afternoon designed to reset your energy as we embrace the warmer days.

Join Sara for a calming mini-retreat that weaves together grounding breathwork, a smooth transition from flow to yin, and a spring-inspired Yoga Nidra meditation to help you reset, rebalance, and reconnect. This carefully curated practice invites you to soften, release winter’s heaviness, and create space for renewal.

 

We’ll close the afternoon by coming together in community to enjoy freshly brewed hot chocolate and light snacks, offering time to relax, connect, and savour the moment.

Learn and Flow – Perimenopause

Beyond the Hormones

Join Shadee and Sandrine for an educational and movement-based workshop designed to support women through perimenopause with clarity, care, and confidence.

 

The first 45 minutes will be an interactive learning session led by Dr Sandrine Rey-Scalco, offering clear, evidence-based insights into perimenopause. Sandrine will explore what’s really happening in the body, share practical lifestyle tools to support hormonal health and longevity, and hold space for open questions in a safe, supportive environment.

 

Dr Sandrine Rey-Scalco brings over 20 years of medical experience, with a special interest in perimenopause, healthy ageing, longevity, and aesthetics. She is passionate about empowering women with knowledge so they can feel informed, confident, and supported at every stage of life.

 

The session will then flow into a 45-minute Pilates class led by Shadee Dymant, designed to realign, re-energise, and leave you feeling strong and grounded. With a background in high-performance finance, Shadee brings precision, structure, and a deeply client-focused approach to her teaching. Her classes blend classical Pilates principles with a warm, inclusive style to support strength, balance, and resilience.
