VIOLA
VINYASA, POWER YOGA, YIN YOGA, RESTORATIVE, PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION, PILATES

Founder of MakeYoga, Viola is a yoga, meditation, and breathwork teacher with nearly a decade of experience teaching various styles of yoga around London. Having embarked on her yoga journey seventeen years ago, she studied with world-class teachers such as David Swenson, Patrick Beach, Bridget Woods Kramer, and Nik Klironomos, to name a few.
She has hosted many yoga retreats and workshops in the UK and abroad.
Viola seamlessly blends passion with expertise. Her teaching style is a harmonious fusion of traditional wisdom and contemporary insights, fostering holistic well-being.
When practicing with Viola, you’ll enjoy dynamic yet playful classes focused on mobility and functional anatomy with strong alignment principles, mental balance, and spiritual awareness.

VINITA
HATHA, ROCKET YOGA, YIN YOGA, YOGA NIDRA, PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION​
Vinita has been practicing yoga in one form or another most of her adult years; though yoga has always been entwined in her life.
Blessed to be born into a spiritual Brahmin family, the philosophy of yoga was very much a part of her world.
Working long and stressful hours in the music industry Vinita found that yoga was the perfect prescription to help ground her reduce stress and overcome insomnia.
She has a vast amount of training (over 1000 hours) and is honoured to share these teachings.

VERONICA
SLOW FLOW, YIN YOGA, CHAIR YOGA, SOUND HEALING & MEDITATION​

Veronica supports people to heal and transform using yoga, breathwork and sound therapy. She loves teaching Yin Yoga and functional yoga flows. In addition to her yoga and therapy experience she has been singing and rapping for many years and also enjoys being on stage. You will feel safe and supported in her classes.

TABATHA
VINYASA, POWER YOGA & RESTORATIVE​

Tabatha, a graduate of The House of Yoga in Putney, specializes in Power, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga. Tabatha, as a yoga teacher, is both incredibly passionate about her practice and the belief that yoga is for all to enjoy and experience. From martial arts and fitness background, she is passionate about the benefits of yoga, both for the mind and body, especially with how attention to our breath can change and alter our lives. Tabatha’s journey in yoga has led her to study further in Accessible yoga & Children’s yoga which she loves to practice regularly at local community centers and schools. Yoga has been a part of Tabatha’s life for many years and she is excited for where it will guide and lead her next.

SARA
VINYASA, YIN YOGA, YOGA NIDRA & RESTORATIVE YOGA​

Sara (she/her) has been practising yoga for 10 years and trained as a teacher to share her passion and help others to move, breathe, connect, and learn in a way that feels right for them. She loves creating welcoming and accessible classes to ensure students feel empowered to make the practise their own and take the learnings off the mat.

Sara's (she/her) classes are a space where everybody is welcome to show up exactly as they are. Whether you're looking to add more fire to your day, or take it easy; you will be encouraged to honour your body and make the practise your own.

SHAZ
VINYASA, YIN YOGA & MEDITATION, RESTORATIVE ​

​Shaz Diaz is a passionate 460-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Meditation, and Breathwork facilitator who specialises in soft, gentle styles of Vinyasa and her main love - Yin Yoga. Her love for Yin Yoga stems from its deeply relaxing, nourishing and healing practice that encourages profound introspection and tranquility. Shaz adapts her classes to accommodate and adjust for all needs as she knows first hand that every BODY is unique, Often mixing up her left and right, mentioning her cat, and using vivid imagery in her words, she enjoys holding a playful, creative and calming space where students can enjoy their practice, feel comfortable, and gain confidence in themselves, where they are able to explore the deeper dimensions of yoga and cultivate a lasting sense of harmony.

GABRIELLA
BARRE, PILATES​

Gabriella is a qualified Barre & Pilates instructor with a lifelong background in dance.
She loves showing everyone the wonderful benefits of exercise and is passionate about
creating an inclusive, safe environment for people to reach their fitness goals in. Whilst
of course still having fun!

YARDEN
BARRE, PILATES, DANCE​

Yarden is a Pilates instructor, dancer, and dance teacher (BE.d) from Israel. With a deep passion for movement and wellness, she specializes in teaching classic Pilates and dynamic barre classes.
Her goal is to inspire and guide her students towards achieving their fitness and well-being goals through effective and enjoyable workouts.

SOPHIA
BARRE, BALLET, DANCE​

​Sophia started dancing at the ripe age of 6 and has been passionate about dancing, performing
and fitness ever since! She studied at The Arts Educational School (Tring Park) for 6 years and is a
RAD (Royal Academy of Dancing) classically trained dancer (along with Modern, Jazz, Tap and
Flamenco). Sophia moved to New York age 16 and enrolled in the American Music and Dramatic
Academy where she studied Musical Theatre for 3 years.
Sophia’s been performing and teaching in New York (and around the US) and London ever since!
She moved back to London in 2016 and was eager to put her teaching shoes back on! Sophia’s
been teaching Adult Ballet and Ballet Barre in Highgate, Hampstead and Camden since early
2017 and absolutely loves it!
She believes it’s important to encourage and allow students to have fun and enjoy class (in a warm and safe environment) while building a strong foundation of technique and improving their strength, posture, confidence and skills!
There’s nothing quite like achieving your fitness goals (while actually enjoying the process)!

ZACHARY

Zachary Wilcox (he/they) is a certified yoga teacher trained in Hatha and Vinyasa styles. They bring an alignment-based approach to their classes and have found inspiration from Vanda Scaravelli's teachings.

SABINA SZENTEI
VINYASA, MEDITATION, PRANAYAMA, PT​

Sabina’s teaching style is centred around creating a welcoming and supportive environment where students can explore their practice without pressure. With over six years of teaching experience and 500 hours of advanced teacher training, Sabina’s classes offer a perfect balance of yoga, meditation and breathwork to bring the mindful experience. She makes the practice playful and judgment-free, like a ‘playground,’ where students are encouraged to connect deeply with their breath and body.
Expect a class that offers space for exploration, senses of community, and an opportunity to develop both physical and mental strength.

ANISA AMIN
VINYASA, RESTORATIVE, PRENATAL/POSTNATAL​

Anisa's journey with yoga began in childhood, learning pranayama from her Indian grandmother. Over the years, she has seamlessly woven classical traditions into her practice, discovering a profound sense of belonging at the intersection of mind and body.
For Anisa, yoga transcends the idea of individual "union," instead fostering a collective sense of harmony and interconnectedness. She is especially drawn to yoga's capacity to create an inclusive space for all, enabling a flow of energy among beings of every kind. Having endured various autoimmune illnesses, Anisa holds deep gratitude for the sanctuary that yoga has provided her. This gratitude fuels her mission to share its beauty and accessibility with others, ensuring that its transformative power reaches everyone.

ZUZANA STUNOVA
DYNAMIC PILATES​

Zuzana is a dedicated Pilates instructor and passionate sports enthusiast who thrives on movement in all its forms. Whether it’s the precision of the tennis court, the calm of the swimming pool, or the exhilaration of cycling, she embraces an active lifestyle. Although she initially trained to be a pilot and earned her license, Zuzana soon discovered that a life in motion was her true calling. She now brings the discipline and enthusiasm of her active lifestyle to her Pilates classes, inspiring clients to build strength, improve balance, and develop a deeper appreciation for movement.
