We have a 7- day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, show no signs of wear, have original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. All items are subject to inspection.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@makeyoga.com and we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns are processed within 3-4 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
The item(s) can also be brought directly to our studio in Highgate Village where the return will be processed with no delays.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Or simply email us and we will arrange for a smooth exchange at our London's studio in Highgate Village.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.When will I receive my order;
All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class.
All orders placed before 3pm GMT ship the following day and should be received within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched on Monday or the first working day after.
Do you ship internationally;
We do apologize but currently we do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.
How can I change my Shipping address;
If you contact us within a few hours after placing your order we will do our best to change your address.
Unfortunately once your order is processed, we cannot change your address.
Please email us at shop@makeyoga.co.uk with your order number if you believe your package won't arrive to you.
